Adapted to audio by the Hodzic family, the narration of Ryder Stephens reflects its true essence.

Alexa Hodzic scripted, edited, narrated, and directed this project from start to finish. She beautifully chronicles young Ryder's journey, capturing her angst and longing with a raw emotion that holds the listener spellbound.

 

Her father, Arif Hodzic, breathes life into the myriad of adult male voices. But it's his portrayal of Ryder's adopted father, Jack, that exposes an intimate vulnerability, which every father could relate to.

And to round out the family effort, thirteen-year-old Miko Hodzic plays everything from the younger brother to the adolescent crush to a drugged-out landlord with a valiant performance.
